From the Pastor

Welcome, Friends! We trust that your visit will be informative and inspiring and that you will feel free to leave us a note or call us at the church. A little about our ministry here at Hardingville: We are  a local Bible-believing body of Christians who believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, and that it has been preserved for us today. Christ is exalted at Hardingville through the teaching of the Word, godly music, and faithful ministry to the entire family. Our ministry exists solely for the glory of God, and our mission statement is to strive to honor the Name of Christ, strengthen believers in the faith, share the Gospel with the lost, and stand for truth no matter the cost.

We exist because of one pivotal, eternal truth that we all must believe: All are sinners in the sight of a Holy God (Romans 3:10, Romans 3:23), and are presently under the judgement of God (Romans 6:23, John 3:18). God, in his infinite grace, sent His Son Jesus Christ to be our Savior (John 3:16, Romans 5:6-8). He died for our sins and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of sin. His resurrection secured our hope of eternal life in heaven (John 10:28, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4). You must personally turn from your sin and ask Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sin (Romans 10:9-10). All who call upon the Lord in personal faith will be saved (Romans 10:13).
