Friday Notes: November 25, 2011

A Few Notes:

  • We had a great Pie ‘N Praise service; it was a delight to see many of our college students home.
  • Ladies – there will be a bridal shower brunch for Meghan DeHart tomorrow at 9:30 all are welcome to attend.
  • Children’s Christmas choir practice will be on Sunday morning at the 9:45 opening
  • There are a few recent sermons posted on the church website.

As we look ahead to the Lord’s Day, our choir will sing and I will speak again on The Voice of Conscience, this will be part 2.   At our 6 PM service, Dave will sing and we will continue in our series Declarations in Deuteronomy with the message, Responsible Leadership.

I’ve been thinking …

This seems a little like The Day After.  While I can only imagine what many did today, I do hope you were able to relax some.  We will further consider the subject of the Conscience this Sunday. That little voice in the mind, and that silent reasoning in the heart of every man, is powerful.  We will consider two other special ministries of the Holy Spirit as He operates in the conscience of the believer; hope to see you.
