Friday Notes

A Few Notes:

• Our youth meetings are tonight at 7.
• The Men’s Golf Tournament is tomorrow [meet at Town & Country – 9 AM];  Any last minute additions – call Bill
• The Sacred Music Concert is Sat night at 6 – you will not want to miss this very special night of ministry, invite a friend.
• Fall Back  – Day light savings time is this Sunday.

As we look ahead to the Lord’s Day, our King’s Kids and our church choir will sing; I will speak in the morning on Message Sent.   At our 6 PM service we will continue in our study of Declarations in Deuteronomy with the message “Acceptable Worship” from chapters 12-13; we will also observe the Lord’s Table.

 I’ve been thinking …

We are always sending messages.  Yes, e-mail, text, or posts.  This is in fact a message to you this afternoon.   Our actions, our words, our posts send messages.  How careful are we with our words and deeds?   At times, we do not even realize the message that we sent to someone.  We must be careful not to approve of sin, we must be careful not to send a message that we do not care about someone, Message Sent will be a practical study for all of us this Sunday; hope to see you.               – Pastor
