A Few Notes:
- Our Youth Meetings are tonight at 7.
Parents – the Royal Store will be open in King’s Kids. - Children’s Christmas choir practice will be on Sunday morning at the 9:45 opening.
- Both messages on the Voice of Conscience have been uploaded to the Church Website or they can be ordered as a CD.
- The Discipleship booklet from the Wed night study, Now that I Believe, What Next? is available in print form; see Pastor on Sunday, if you did not receive one.
As we look ahead to the Lord’s Day, our choir will sing and Dr. Al Huss will be a special speaker in the morning for combined Adult Sunday School and he will then be the Lord’s messenger for the AM service. At our 6 PM service, we will continue in our series Declarations in Deuteronomy with the message, On War and Peace and we will observe the Lord’s Table.
I’ve been thinking …
It is hard to believe that December is upon us and a very busy time of year for most. As we look ahead to the season of special greetings, delicious sweets, and special times of fellowship, let’s remember the special greeting from heaven and the unique fellowship we have with the Father and with His Son [I John 1:5-7]. Jesus Christ truly is the Reason for the Season. We look forward to the Lord’s Day with great delight.
