Christmas Letter 2012

Christmas Letter 2012

                                                                 The Pastor’s Study

 December 2012

Dear Members and Friends of Hardingville,

The verse printed above is the birth announcement of God’s Son, our Savior.  It is also the “saying” of Luke 2:17 that the shepherds made known to others.  The familiar carol cited above is an invitation as a result of the announcement.  When one understands Who it is that was born, the right response is one of worship.  You will hear a variety of announcements and will probably receive some special invitations this season of the year.  Never forget THE announcement followed by THE invitation.   Allow me to personally invite you and your family to some special opportunities to rejoice with us this Christmas Season.

  • Our annual Christmas Dinner will be Saturday night, December 15th, at 6 PM, and will be held at the church.  There will be some special music and a challenge from Pastor Eric Brown from our FFBC church in Mt. Laurel.
  • On Sunday night, the 23rd, we will have a very special Christmas Musical here at HBC.   Our choir will present, “Christmas on the Air.  There will be Adult and Children’s Choirs and dramatic readers.  You will not want to miss this special evening of rejoicing in the birth of the Lord Jesus!  Invite a friend.

We will have a special Christmas Eve Service on the 24th at 7 PM.  Be sure to be with us!  I wish you and your family a Blessed Christmas!  Share the enclosed tract with a friend.

With warm greetings to all,

Mark Franklin, Pastor
