Pastor Franklin has been in pastoral ministry for 33 years , 30 years as Pastor at HBC, beginning his ministry here in August, 1982. He is married to Liz (32 years) and has 3 sons, 1 daughter, and a grandson.
Pastor Franklin also serves as Administrator at Gloucester County Christian School (GCCS) and on the Executive Committee of both the American Council of Christian Churches (ACCC) and the Fellowship of Fundamental Bible Churches (FFBC). He has been honored to speak at various camps and conferences and has traveled abroad some to teach.
