A Few Notes:
- Our Youth Meetings will be tonight at 7. There are two special emphasis: the King’s Kids will have Hurt Night and the Jr. High Teens will have Hat Night
- The widows will meet tomorrow at 10 AM at the home of Mag Iles
As we look ahead to the Lord’s Day, our choir will sing and I will speak on The School of God’s Grace in the morning service. We will have a special ministry team from Bob Jones University for our evening service at 6; they will present the drama Instant Message. Invite a friend.
I’ve been thinking …
The word “grace” may mean different things to different people. For many believers, it underscores God’s undeserved favor in saving us from the penalty of sin. For some believers, it implies that God will always forgive them, that they are under liberty to do as they please because of this grace. This same grace that saves us, teaches us something. We will examine the didactic nature of grace in the life of the believer this Lord’s Day. Take a few moments and read Titus 2 as we look ahead to our study. We look forward to the Lord’s Day with you.
