Many thanks

We appreciate the many who gave much time and effort to serve us at our Fall Bible Conference and the Annual Convention of the ACCC this week. Special thanks to the musicians, kitchen crew, nursery help, sound room, and ushers. We had an average of 152 attend the evening sessions and around 60 during the day. Many guests offered sincere thanks to HBC and also reiterated their prayers for us. Praise God for a fruitful week in His Word.

Open for golf

The HBC Open will begin first thing tomorrow with a shotgun start at 9 am, meeting at the Town & Country Golf Links. Hopefully, you have assembled a winning group with someone that has a best ball. This event is always a great opportunity of outreach and fellowship. Be in prayer for the Gospel to go forth!

Looking ahead

On Sunday, Pastor Bruce will share a message entitled “Is Any Thing Too Hard for the Lord?” during our Morning Worship, and Missionary Raymond Abou-Mekhael will be with us for the Evening Service.

Tri-State Work Retreat

We intend to send a group to TSBC for their fall work weekend next Friday & Saturday. This is always a great opportunity for fellowship and service – there are projects for all ages! Sign up across from the Church Office. There is also a list of specific camp needs posted if you can help in that way instead. Also, take a look at the camp page on the website to see upcoming retreats!
