On Saturday, June 28, Hardingville Bible Church hosted its first outdoor, coed volleyball event, at least in recent times! The teams got right to a double elimination tournament, working off three different courts. Some were creative, complete with t-shirts, like the Speichmanns. Others were more agile, like the tournament winners, the Lucas family. Thanks to Aziz Atweh for overseeing things.
Directly following the volleyball was a hot dog creation contest, judged by three of our esteemed deacons. Josh Power won first for creativity, and Liz Franklin for taste. There were plenty of hot dogs and all kinds of things to go with them as we fellowshipped there on the playing fields. Thanks for Bob Vanelli for the pictures below:
