Vacation Bible Schoo

What a time we had at HBC this week! We're grateful to the Lord for the kids that we here for VBS, many of them unchurched. Pray that the truth will reside in their hearts. We had an average attendance of 103 and collected over $900 for the special offering. This will send 6 pastors for one week of training! Thanks to all the staff for their help and to Lane Bodine and Michele Doran as directors. Praise the Lord for a great outcome!

Putt & paddle

Don't forget the Young Adult Fellowship at Serene Custard & Mini Golf tonight at 8 pm. We will meet at 7:50 to create teams for the tournament. I'm sure the ice cream will not be ignored. Both Jr. & Sr. High teens will go on a Kayaking Trip tomorrow starting at 9 am. Contact Pastor Blaze if you weren't able to sign up!

Looking ahead

On Sunday, Pastor Frank Sansone will speak for both our Morning Worship and Evening Service. We will see a slideshow from VBS, and the kids will sing a couple of their songs in the AM.
