Winter Nighter

It’s the juniors turn this week at Tri-State Bible Camp. Michele Doran has taken a group up – pray for them also tonight and tomorrow. The speaker for the retreat is Glen Shank. For the teens, it is the Great Late Nighter tonight – youth group till MIdnight!

Looking ahead

On Sunday, Pastor Saxton will share a message entitled “Five Wonderful Questions” from Romans 8:31-35 at our Morning Worship and another called “God’s Battle Plan for the Mind: The Puritan Practice of Biblical Meditation” from for the Evening Service. He will be explaining and discussing his new book about the importance of a Christian’s thought life being thoroughly saturated in God’s Word.

Wild Game Supper

The Wild Game Supper will be next Saturday, January 31 at 6 pm. Please bring your wild game meat dish and a side dish of some sort to share. Beverage and dessert will be provided. We will have a wildlife display with your favorite mounts – contact us to participate! This is for the whole family and is an outreach event – invite your local sportsmen, or sportsladies!

Sweetheart Getaway

Perhaps you need a different kind of winter break this year – just the two of you! You are invited to join the Sweetheart’s Getaway at Tri-State,overnight Friday into Saturday, February 6-7. Enjoy a change of pace, and be challenged by God’s Word. The speaker for the retreat will be Mark Kittrell. Pick up a brochure at church, or you can also register online here.
