Wild Game 2015

Come partake of our annual assortment of mystery meats and curious cuisine for the whole family! The Wild Game Supper begins at 6 pm tomorrow – invite friends! We will have a wildlife display, quiz, media. Should be a good time! Special thanks to Greg Maynard for heading up this annual event.

Looking ahead

On Sunday, Pastor Saxton will share a message entitled “Who Will Separate Us from the Love of Christ?” from Romans 8:35-37 at our Morning Worship and another called “The Power and Compassion of the Lord Jesus” from Mark 5:21-43 for the Evening Service.

New sermon added: “On this special Sunday, we recognized the blessing of God in our church with the gift of children in 2014. As we praised the Lord together for his gift of family growth and prayed for the salvation and spiritual training of these little babies. Pastor opened the Word of God and preached on our responsibility as parents …” Read more.

Annual Meeting

The membership meeting last week was a great blessing and a number of key decisions were made. You will find the newly elected church officers in the Bulletin on Sunday. See a few other highlights below:

• A motion carried to forgive in its entirety the loan to Truth Bible Church taken to purchase their present buildings and property in Alloway.

• The church approved a new “future ministry planning fund” that will designate long-term resources for church planting and theological training endeavors.

• Please be in prayer as we proceed to fill a new Campus Pastor/Administrator position at Gloucester County Christian School.

As you may know, Pastor Smith is the National Representative for the FFBC. He does a bi-monthly communication to the fellowship with various news and notes of interest.
